  1. Oversee daily operations of the pharmacy department, ensuring all processes and procedures are followed in accordance with company policies and standards.
  2. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of medications and supplies, ensuring adequate stock is available for customer needs.
  3. Train and supervise pharmacy staff, providing guidance and support to ensure a high level of customer service and accuracy in medication dispensing.
  4. Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to ensure timely and accurate dispensing of medications.
  5. Implement and maintain quality assurance measures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  6. Create and maintain work schedules for pharmacy staff, taking into account customer demand and employee availability.
  7. Stay informed about new medications and changes in regulations, and ensure staff is trained and knowledgeable about these updates.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to enhance the pharmacy's reputation and promote collaboration.
  9. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Work closely with other departments to coordinate services and ensure efficient workflow.
  11. Monitor financial performance of the pharmacy department and identify opportunities for improvement.
  12. Participate in the development and implementation of company-wide policies and procedures related to pharmacy operations.
  13. Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
  14. Conduct performance evaluations for pharmacy staff and provide coaching and mentoring to help them reach their full potential.
  15. Act as a role model for customer service excellence and promote a positive and collaborative work culture within the pharmacy department.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Pharmacy Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Pharmacy Operations Management

  • Strong Understanding Of Pharmacy Regulations And Compliance Standards

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills

  • Proficiency In Pharmacy Software And Systems, Such As Rxconnect And Inventory Management Systems.
