- Oversee and manage all aspects of pharmacy operations including inventory management, prescription fulfillment, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity in the pharmacy department.
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations related to pharmacy operations.
- Hire, train, and supervise pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.

Bachelor's Degree In Pharmacy Or Related Field
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Pharmacy Operations Management
Knowledge Of State And Federal Pharmacy Laws And Regulations
Experience In Budgeting And Financial Management In A Retail Pharmacy Setting.
