- Oversee and manage all aspects of the pharmacy operations, including staffing, inventory management, and budgeting.
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations related to pharmacy operations.
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of pharmacy staff to provide excellent customer service and patient care.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and other stakeholders to promote the pharmacy and its services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in pharmaceuticals to provide the most up-to-date and effective treatments to patients.
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure seamless integration and communication.
- Implement and maintain policies and procedures to ensure the safety and accuracy of medication dispensing.
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.

- Participate in company meetings and initiatives to contribute to the overall success of the organization.
- Stay up-to-date on company updates and changes, and effectively communicate them to the pharmacy team.

Bachelor's Degree In Pharmacy Or Related Field
Strong Understanding Of Pharmaceutical Regulations And Compliance
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills
Previous Experience Managing Pharmacy Operations, Preferably In A Retail Setting
Proficiency In Pharmacy Software And Technology Systems, Such As Rxconnect And Healthsource
