- Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless integration and communication between pharmacy operations and other areas of the company.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Hire, train, and manage pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and technicians, to ensure a high level of service delivery.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry regulations and ensure compliance at all times.
- Foster a culture of exceptional patient care and customer service among pharmacy staff.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining appropriate stock levels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and other stakeholders to enhance the reputation and reach of Walgreens pharmacies.
- Identify and implement new technologies and processes to improve pharmacy operations.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance and progress of pharmacy operations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and trends, and proactively make recommendations for process improvements and innovations.
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment for all pharmacy staff and customers.
- Handle any escalated customer service issues and resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Bachelor's Degree In Pharmacy Or Related Field
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Pharmacy Operations Management
Experience With Budget Management And Financial Analysis
