  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of the pharmacy department, including staff, inventory, and operations.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of pharmacy operations.
  3. Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws, regulations, and company policies.
  4. Hire, train, and supervise pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and technicians.
  5. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to staff to ensure high-quality customer service.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and timely delivery of pharmacy services.
  7. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ordering and restocking medications as needed.
  8. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  9. Work closely with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and timely dispensing of medications.
  10. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and changes in pharmacy regulations.
  11. Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
  12. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of medication and supplies.
  13. Participate in the development and implementation of new pharmacy services and programs.
  14. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  15. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming environment for customers and staff.
  16. Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of the pharmacy department.
  17. Handle any other duties or projects as assigned by upper management.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Leadership Skills: The Pharmacy Operations Manager Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Effectively Managing And Leading A Team Of Pharmacists And Technicians. This Includes The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Provide Guidance And Support, And Handle Any Conflicts That May Arise.

  • Pharmacy Operations Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Prior Experience Working In A Pharmacy Setting, Preferably In A Managerial Or Supervisory Role. This Includes A Deep Understanding Of Pharmacy Operations, Workflow, And Regulations.

  • Knowledge Of Pharmaceuticals And Healthcare Industry: As A Pharmacy Operations Manager, It Is Important To Have A Strong Understanding Of Pharmaceuticals, Including Drug Interactions, Dosage, And Storage. Additionally, Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Compliance Standards Is Crucial.
