
Pharmacy Operations Manager
The Pharmacy Operations Manager position at Walgreens is an opportunity to lead pharmacy operations with an innovative and customer-focused approach. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to promote customer satisfaction and improve pharmacy operational processes.
- Manage the daily operations of the pharmacy, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and administrative tasks.
- Train and supervise pharmacy staff, providing guidance and feedback to ensure standards of performance are met.
- Develop and monitor performance metrics to ensure the pharmacy is meeting its goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry vendors to ensure the pharmacy has access to the latest products and services.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure the pharmacy is in compliance with all applicable laws.
- Prepare and submit reports to senior management regarding pharmacy operations.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to reduce overhead and improve profitability.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety of patients and staff.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Bachelor's Degree In Pharmacy
