We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Pharmacy Operations Manager at Walgreens.   1. Oversee and manage all aspects of pharmacy operations at Walgreens, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.

  3. Lead and motivate a team of pharmacy staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  4. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements for the safe and effective running of a pharmacy.
  5. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  6. Collaborate with other departments and teams within the company to optimize processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders in order to promote the pharmacy and its services.
  8. Stay up-to-date with developments in the pharmacy industry, including new drugs, regulations, and best practices, and implement changes as necessary.
  9. Develop and manage the pharmacy budget, including forecasting and tracking expenses, to ensure financial targets are met.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Pharmacy Or Related Field: A Pharmacy Operations Manager At Walgreens Must Have A Strong Educational Background In Pharmacy Or A Related Field To Effectively Manage And Oversee The Operations Of The Pharmacy Department.

  • Pharmacist License: In Addition To A Degree, A Pharmacy Operations Manager Must Hold A Valid Pharmacist License In The State Where They Will Be Working. This Ensures They Have The Necessary Knowledge And Experience To Oversee The Pharmacy Operations.
