Pharmacy Operations Manager

We are looking for a Pharmacy Operations Manager to join our team at Walgreens! This role will be responsible for managing and leading pharmacy operations in a large retail setting. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, strategic problem solver with a passion for customer service. We are looking for someone who has an excellent understanding of pharmacy operations and is able to quickly come up to speed with our current operations.The successful candidate should possess at least five years of experience in a pharmacy supervisory or management role, preferably within a large retail setting. They must have a valid pharmacy technician license from the state of practice and have a strong knowledge of federal and state regulations related to pharmacy operations. In addition, the ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and have experience in leading and motivating teams, as well as working with budgets and forecasts. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
