- Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of medications and supplies.
- Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers to address any concerns or issues related to pharmacy operations.
- Implement customer service initiatives to enhance the patient experience and drive customer loyalty.
- Develop and maintain departmental budgets and monitor expenses to ensure financial targets are met.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness of pharmacy operations.
- Train and educate new pharmacy staff on company policies, procedures, and best practices.

Bachelor's Degree In Pharmacy Or Related Field
