
Pharmacy Operations Manager
The Pharmacy Operations Manager at Walgreens is a key leader in our pharmacy team who will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and operational support to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient pharmacy operations. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize pharmacy operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Manage pharmacy staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
- Monitor pharmacy operations, identifying areas of improvement and developing plans to address them.
- Analyze and interpret data to inform decisions and improve operations.
- Manage and maintain pharmacy budgets and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and execute plans to support overall pharmacy goals.
- Monitor and report on customer service issues and develop solutions to address them.
- Review and respond to customer feedback, making necessary changes to improve customer service.
- Serve as a liaison between the pharmacy and other departments and external vendors.
