
Pharmacy Operations Manager
We are looking for an experienced and organized Pharmacy Operations Manager to join the Walgreens family. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective day-to-day operations of Walgreens pharmacies and the management of staff. The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, an eye for detail and a passion for customer service. Responsibilities:
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of Walgreens pharmacies.
- Develop and maintain operational standards that ensure Walgreens pharmacies are compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage pharmacy staff, including recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Oversee billing, claims processing, and cashiering processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction.
- Monitor customer feedback and address any concerns in a timely manner.
- Resolve conflicts and address complaints from customers and staff.
- Track performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas of improvement.
- Create and implement policies and procedures for pharmacy operations.
Excellent Organizational
Knowledge Of Pharmacy Laws And Regulations
Strong Customer Service And Communication Skills
Bachelor’s Degree In Pharmacy Or Related Field
Minimum Of Five Years Of Pharmacy Operations Experience
Problem-Solving And Time Management Skills
Ability To Develop And Implement Process Improvement Initiatives
Proficiency In Using Microsoft Office Programs
Familiarity With Walgreens Products And Services.
