Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, hard-working Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Walgreens. As a leader, the Pharmacy Manager will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while managing the pharmacy and its staff. This is an opportunity to join a well-respected company in a rewarding and challenging position. The successful candidate will have at least two years of experience as a Pharmacy Manager, as well as a valid Pharmacist license. Additionally, the ideal candidate must have a strong customer service attitude, an ability to work well in a team environment, and excellent organizational skills. Knowledge of pharmacy operations and federal and state regulations is also preferred. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including staffing, scheduling, and customer service.
  2. Ensure all federal and state regulations are followed.
  3. Monitor and maintain inventory levels.
  4. Oversee the dispensing of prescriptions and provide counseling to customers about their medications.
  5. Train and mentor pharmacy staff members.
  6. Ensure accuracy and completeness of prescription orders.
  7. Create and implement processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  8. Monitor and address customer complaints.
  9. Develop and implement policies and procedures.
  10. Implement quality assurance programs.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Pharmacy

  • Excellent Interpersonal And Communication Skills

  • Five Years Of Experience As A Licensed Pharmacist

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Customer Service

  • Ability To Manage Pharmacy Staff And Resources

  • Knowledge Of Pharmacy And Medication Safety Protocols

  • Ability To Manage A Budget And Optimize Inventory Control
