  1. Provide exceptional customer service to pharmacy customers, including greeting and assisting them with their needs.

  3. Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy, striving to resolve any issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  4. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards customers and coworkers, fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for all.
  5. Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer service goals and expectations, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications

  • Attention To Detail: As A Pharmacy Customer Service Associate, Attention To Detail Is Crucial In Accurately Inputting And Verifying Prescription Information. This Ensures The Safety And Well-Being Of Customers.

  • Ability To Multitask: Working In A Fast-Paced Environment, A Pharmacy Customer Service Associate Must Be Able To Handle Multiple Tasks Simultaneously While Maintaining A Positive Attitude And Providing Excellent Customer Service. This Includes Answering Phone Calls, Assisting Customers In Person, And Processing Prescriptions Efficiently.
