  1. Greet and welcome customers to Walgreens in a warm and friendly manner.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their pharmacy needs.
  3. Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
  4. Process and fill prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized work area in the pharmacy department.
  6. Collaborate with pharmacy team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  7. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Walgreens policies and procedures.
  8. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  9. Use effective communication skills to build strong relationships with customers.
  10. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and new developments in the pharmacy industry.
  11. Adhere to privacy and confidentiality policies when handling customer information.
  12. Complete administrative tasks such as data entry and inventory management.
  13. Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for customers and colleagues.
  14. Assist with training new employees and provide support to other team members as needed.
  15. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and contribute to the success of the pharmacy department.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Communication Skills: As A Pharmacy Customer Service Associate, It Is Essential To Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers, Healthcare Professionals, And Other Team Members.

  • Knowledge Of Pharmacy Operations: Candidates Should Have A Good Understanding Of Pharmacy Operations, Including Prescription Processing, Insurance Verification, And Medication Dispensing, To Provide Accurate And Efficient Customer Service.

  • Customer Service Experience: Previous Experience In A Customer Service Role Is Highly Preferred For This Position. Candidates Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Providing Exceptional Customer Service, Resolving Customer Issues, And Handling Customer Inquiries.

  • Attention To Detail: Attention To Detail Is Crucial In This Role To Ensure Accuracy In Prescription Processing And Medication Dispensing. Candidates Should Have The Ability To Multitask And Work Efficiently In A Fast-Paced Environment.

  • Pharmacy Technician Certification: Having A Pharmacy Technician Certification Is A Plus For This Role As It Showcases A Candidate's Knowledge And Understanding Of Pharmacy Operations And Medication Management. However, It Is Not Always A Requirement For The Position.
