Strong Communication Skills: A Successful Pharmacy Customer Service Associate Should Have Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills In Order To Effectively Interact With Customers, Pharmacists, And Other Team Members.
Knowledge Of Pharmacy Operations: Candidates Should Possess A Basic Understanding Of Pharmacy Operations, Including Prescription Processing, Insurance Billing, And Inventory Management. This Knowledge Will Enable Them To Assist Customers With Their Inquiries And Provide Accurate Information.
Customer Service Experience: Previous Experience In A Customer Service Role Is Desirable, As It Demonstrates The Ability To Handle Difficult Situations, Resolve Conflicts, And Maintain A Positive Attitude When Dealing With Customers.
