Job Description

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons of the pharmacy, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all customers.
  2. Assist customers with their pharmacy needs, including prescription pick-up, medication inquiries, and insurance questions.
  3. Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, healthcare providers, and other team members.
  4. Maintain a thorough understanding of pharmacy products, services, and policies in order to accurately assist customers.
  5. Demonstrate a high level of empathy and compassion towards customers, particularly those who may be experiencing health challenges.
  6. Handle customer complaints and concerns in a timely and respectful manner, escalating issues to management as needed.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including stocking shelves and organizing inventory.
  8. Accurately process transactions and handle cash, credit, and insurance payments.
  9. Collaborate with pharmacists and other team members to ensure efficient and accurate filling of prescriptions.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including privacy laws and regulations.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth, including staying up-to-date on industry trends and advancements.
  12. Assist with other tasks and duties as assigned by management.
