  1. Greet and welcome customers to Walgreens in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their needs and inquiries.
  3. Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
  4. Answer phone calls and respond to customer emails, providing helpful and informative assistance.
  5. Assist customers with prescription refills and transfers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  6. Collaborate with pharmacists and other associates to ensure timely and accurate dispensing of medications.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including shelves, counters, and customer waiting areas.
  8. Stay updated on product knowledge and store promotions to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
  9. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Comply with all Walgreens policies and procedures, including but not limited to safety and security protocols.
  11. Continuously strive to improve the customer experience by suggesting process improvements and providing feedback to management.
  12. Complete administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing, accurately and in a timely manner.
  13. Adhere to all state and federal regulations related to pharmacy operations.
  14. Maintain confidentiality of customer information and follow HIPAA guidelines.
  15. Cross-train and assist in other departments as needed.
