- Provide exceptional customer service to pharmacy customers, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and care.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers inquiring about pharmacy services and products.
- Assist customers with prescription refills, transfers, and other inquiries.
- Educate customers on available pharmacy services and products.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with pharmacists and other team members to ensure timely and accurate service to customers.

Excellent Communication Skills: The Candidate Must Possess Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers And Address Their Inquiries And Concerns.
Knowledge Of Pharmacy Products: A Good Understanding Of Pharmacy Products, Including Prescription And Over-The-Counter Medications, Is Essential In Order To Provide Accurate Information To Customers And Assist With Product Recommendations.
Customer Service Experience: Prior Experience In A Customer Service Role, Preferably In A Retail Environment, Is Highly Desirable. This Demonstrates The Ability To Handle Customer Interactions And Resolve Issues In A Professional And Efficient Manner.
