1. Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
2. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
3. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the cashier station and pharmacy counter.
4. Handle cash and credit card transactions securely and in accordance with company policies.
5. Answer customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
6. Educate customers on various products and services offered by Walgreens.
7. Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure timely and accurate prescription processing.
8. Follow all safety and security protocols to protect the store, customers, and employees.
9. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to make recommendations to customers.
10. Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and escalate to management when necessary.
11. Assist in maintaining inventory levels and restocking products on the sales floor.
12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, cash handling and loss prevention.
13. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance job knowledge and skills.
14. Maintain a positive and team-oriented work environment.
