3. Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions at the checkout counter.
4. Handle cash and credit card payments, ensuring all transactions are completed accurately and securely.
5. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and store policies to assist customers with their purchases.
6. Follow proper cash handling procedures and maintain accurate cash drawer balances.
7. Answer phone calls and direct customers to the appropriate department or individual.
8. Assist customers with finding and selecting medication products, ensuring accuracy in product information.
9. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, restocking supplies as needed.
10. Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
12. Continuously strive to provide excellent customer service and meet or exceed sales goals.
13. Attend training sessions and stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
14. Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times.
15. Other duties as assigned by the store manager or supervisor.
