- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring a pleasant and efficient experience for customers.
- Work closely with pharmacists to ensure timely and accurate processing of prescriptions and other pharmacy-related tasks.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves, monitoring stock levels, and reporting any discrepancies.
- Educate customers on store policies, procedures, and promotions, as well as providing information on over-the-counter medications and other products.
- Maintain knowledge of current and upcoming medications, as well as any changes in healthcare regulations or insurance requirements.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the overall success of the pharmacy and store.
