Pharmacy Cashier

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-service oriented individual to join our team as a Pharmacy Cashier at Walgreens. Ideal candidates will have a friendly and professional demeanor, and excellent communication and customer service skills. The Pharmacy Cashier will play an integral role in ensuring our customers have a positive and enjoyable experience as they purchase pharmacy products and services. The successful candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, along with prior experience in a customer service role. Previous cashier or pharmacy experience is preferred. The ability to multi-task and prioritize work while maintaining a friendly demeanor is essential. Working knowledge of computers, especially point-of-sale systems, is required. Above all, the Pharmacy Cashier must demonstrate a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities: • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise • Process customer payments and accurately manage cash register • Assist customers with product selection and provide product information • Restock pharmacy shelves and merchandise displays • Ensure all products are correctly labeled and priced • Answer customer questions about products and services • Maintain a clean and organized work area • Adhere to all safety and security standards • Process prescription orders and coordinate with pharmacy staff • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction • Assist in other duties as assigned by supervisor
