3. Operate the cash register and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
4. Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments and provide customers with accurate change.
5. Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or person.
6. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and company policies to effectively communicate with customers.
7. Ensure the pharmacy is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
8. Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure seamless workflow and timely customer service.
9. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to protect customers and company assets.
10. Continuously develop knowledge of pharmacy products, services, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
11. Maintain accurate records of cash transactions and reconcile cash drawer at the end of each shift.
12. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
13. Maintain a positive attitude and create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
14. Attend training and meetings as required to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
15. Adhere to all Walgreens policies and procedures.
