Pharmacist

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly qualified Pharmacist to join our team at Walgreens. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with and provide excellent customer service to our patients. The Pharmacist will be responsible for ensuring the accurate dispensing of medication, providing appropriate patient counseling, and maintaining the highest standards of patient care.The ideal candidate should possess a Doctor of Pharmacy Degree and a current licensure in the state where they are applying. In addition, the successful applicant should have at least one year of clinical experience in a retail or hospital setting and must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of pharmacological principles and proficiency in computer systems is essential.We are looking for a Pharmacist who is dedicated, reliable, and passionate about providing the highest quality patient care. Responsibilities:

• Dispense medication accurately in accordance with local and national laws
• Provide patient counseling on medication and its use
• Maintain a high level of patient care
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all medication prescriptions
• Ensure proper storage and handling of controlled substances
• Use computer systems to enter and update patient information
• Monitor patient progress and adjust medications accordingly
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide the best patient care
• Answer patient queries and provide accurate and timely information
• Provide customer service in accordance with Walgreens standards
