  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive national pharmaceutical account strategy to drive sales and market share for Walgreens.
  2. Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted action plans.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key pharmaceutical partners and stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration on business objectives.
  4. Monitor and track performance metrics, such as sales and profitability, to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and supply chain, to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.
  6. Stay updated on industry and regulatory changes and proactively adjust strategies to mitigate potential risks and capitalize on opportunities.
  7. Communicate and present key performance updates, market insights, and strategic plans to senior leadership.
  8. Lead and manage a team of account managers to achieve sales and business objectives.
  9. Identify and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness of account management operations.
  10. Represent Walgreens at industry events and conferences to promote our pharmaceutical products and cultivate new business opportunities.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Pharmaceutical Sales, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Or Account Management Role.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of The Pharmaceutical Industry, Including Current Market Trends, Regulatory Requirements, And Competitive Landscape.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large National Accounts And Developing Strategic Partnerships With Key Stakeholders.

  • Strong Analytical And Financial Skills, With The Ability To Develop And Implement Sales Strategies That Drive Revenue Growth And Profitability.
