Previous Experience In Tax Audits And Controversy: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Managing Tax Audits And Controversy Matters, Preferably In A Large Corporation Or Public Accounting Firm. This Experience Should Include Handling Complex Tax Disputes And Successfully Resolving Them.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Manager - Tax Audits And Controversy, The Candidate Should Possess Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Effectively Handle And Resolve Tax-Related Issues. They Should Be Able To Review And Analyze Financial Data, Identify Potential Tax Risks, And Develop Solutions To Mitigate Them.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Communicate With Internal Stakeholders, External Tax Authorities, And Legal Advisors.
