  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive conversational AI strategy to enhance customer interactions and improve overall customer experience.
  2. Lead a team of AI developers and engineers to design, develop, and maintain AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants.
  3. Stay current on the latest advancements in AI technologies and identify opportunities for implementation within the company.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer pain points and develop solutions to address them through conversational AI.
  5. Establish and maintain partnerships with external vendors and research institutions to leverage their expertise and stay ahead of industry trends.
  6. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to continuously improve and optimize the conversational AI experience.
  7. Ensure compliance with all data privacy and security regulations in the development and deployment of conversational AI solutions.
  8. Train and educate team members and stakeholders on the capabilities and benefits of conversational AI technology.
  9. Develop and manage the budget for conversational AI initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
  10. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to align conversational AI initiatives with overall business objectives.
  11. Act as a spokesperson for the company's conversational AI initiatives, promoting its benefits and successes internally and externally.
