  1. Manage all aspects of state and federal pharmacy licensing requirements for our retail locations.
  2. Ensure timely and accurate renewal of all pharmacy licenses.
  3. Maintain detailed records and documentation of all licenses and their expiration dates.
  4. Monitor changes in licensing regulations and ensure compliance with all updates.
  5. Collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary information for license applications.
  6. Coordinate and communicate with state and federal agencies for license inspections and audits.
  7. Conduct regular audits of pharmacy licenses to identify any potential issues or discrepancies.
  8. Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline the licensing process.
  9. Educate and train team members on licensing requirements and regulations.
  10. Provide support and guidance to pharmacy locations regarding any licensing-related inquiries or issues.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to pharmacy licensing.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  13. Participate in cross-functional team projects to improve overall compliance and efficiency.
  14. Assist with any other duties or tasks related to pharmacy licensing as assigned by management.
