Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Labor Relations, Preferably In A Retail Or Healthcare Industry.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Labor Laws, Including The National Labor Relations Act And Fair Labor Standards Act.
Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Handle Conflicts And Build Relationships With Union Representatives.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Labor Strategies, Including Contract Negotiations, Grievance Handling, And Labor Dispute Resolution.
