- Collaborate with the purchasing department to ensure timely and efficient restocking of products.
- Utilize inventory management software to track and update inventory levels and product information.
- Identify and report any inventory discrepancies or issues to management.
- Maintain a clean and organized stockroom to facilitate efficient inventory management.
- Assist with creating and implementing inventory control procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to resolve any inventory-related issues.
- Collaborate with sales associates to ensure product availability and meet customer demands.
- Train and supervise new employees on inventory management procedures and protocols.
- Continuously monitor and analyze sales trends to forecast inventory needs and identify potential inventory shortages.
- Actively participate in store meetings and provide input on inventory management strategies.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries and locating items in the store.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent
Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Environment
Strong Organizational And Analytical Skills
Previous Experience In Inventory Management Or Retail Operations Preferred
Proficient In Computer Skills, Including Microsoft Excel And Inventory Software Systems.
