  1. Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels in the store, including regular stock checks and reconciliations.
  2. Receive and process incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and properly stocking merchandise on shelves and in storage areas.
  3. Monitor product expiration dates and rotate stock to ensure freshness and prevent waste.
  4. Collaborate with store management to create and implement effective inventory management strategies.
  5. Use inventory management systems and software to track and analyze stock levels and sales data.
  6. Conduct regular audits of inventory and investigate and resolve any discrepancies.
  7. Ensure that all merchandise is properly priced and labeled according to company standards.
  8. Assist in the organization and maintenance of the stockroom and storage areas.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and concerns related to inventory.
  10. Train and supervise other team members in inventory management procedures and best practices.
  11. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and trends to assist customers and make informed inventory management decisions.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding inventory control, loss prevention, and safety.
  13. Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and sales, to ensure efficient and accurate inventory management.
  14. Continuously monitor and identify areas for improvement in inventory processes and make recommendations for enhancements.
  15. Uphold the company's values and mission by promoting a positive and welcoming attitude towards customers and team members.
