- Maintain accurate inventory levels for all products in the store.
- Regularly conduct audits to identify discrepancies in inventory and work towards resolving them.
- Place orders for merchandise in a timely and efficient manner.
- Receive and process incoming shipments, ensuring that all items are accurately recorded and stored.
- Work closely with the rest of the store team to ensure all products are properly stocked and displayed.
- Monitor sales trends and adjust inventory levels accordingly to meet customer demand.
- Keep track of expiration dates and properly rotate products to ensure freshness.
- Collaborate with the purchasing department to negotiate and maintain supplier relationships.
- Utilize inventory management software to track and update inventory levels.
- Communicate any inventory issues or concerns to the store manager in a timely manner.
- Train and mentor new team members on inventory processes and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized stockroom and inventory storage area.
- Assist with inventory counts and reconciliations as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in product availability.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding inventory management and loss prevention.
- Continuously seek out opportunities to improve and streamline inventory processes.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent Required, Some College Coursework Preferred.
1-2 Years Of Experience In Inventory Management Or Related Field.
Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Inventory Management Software.
