The Healthcare Supervisor, Pharmacy and Retail Operations must also be able to effectively communicate with all members of the team and customers.The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field, and at least 5 years of related experience in the retail/pharmacy industry. 7. Monitor inventory and order supplies when needed.
8. Monitor and review employee performance and provide feedback to improve performance.
9. Create and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company regulations.
10. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
