Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional customer service and build customer relationships.
2. Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to customer inquiries and resolving customer issues.
3. Monitor and maintain pharmacy inventory levels, ordering and restocking as needed.
4. Ensure pharmacy and retail operations are following regulatory standards and laws.
5. Manage daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and training.
6. Develop and implement policies and procedures related to pharmacy and retail operations.
7. Track and analyze pharmacy and retail performance data.
8. Maintain and monitor customer service standards.
9. Supervise and mentor pharmacy and retail staff.
10. Attend professional development seminars and other educational events to stay up to date on industry trends and best practices.
