  1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and assisting with purchases.
  3. Maintain a friendly and positive demeanor at all times, creating a welcoming and inviting atmosphere for customers.
  4. Act as a knowledgeable resource for customers, providing information about products, services, and store policies.
  5. Accurately and efficiently ring up purchases and process returns or exchanges.
  6. Ensure that all customer transactions are handled with care and confidentiality.
  7. Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked to enhance the customer experience.
  8. Collaborate with team members to resolve any customer service issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Stay up-to-date on current promotions, sales, and company updates to effectively communicate with customers.
  10. Follow all safety and security procedures to maintain a safe shopping environment for customers and employees.
  11. Assist in other areas of the store as needed, such as stocking shelves or organizing merchandise.
  12. Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer service goals and expectations.
  13. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay informed about new products, promotions, and company policies.
  14. Demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic attitude towards the company, its products, and its customers.
  15. Maintain a flexible work schedule to accommodate the needs of the store and its customers.

  • Flexibility And Adaptability: As A Temporary Employee, A Customer Service Associate At Walgreens Must Be Able To Adapt Quickly To Changing Schedules And Be Willing To Work Flexible Hours, Including Evenings And Weekends. This Requires A High Level Of Flexibility And Adaptability.
