  3. Handle customer transactions, including cash, credit, and gift card payments, accurately and efficiently.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, including restocking shelves and keeping checkout areas tidy.
  5. Be knowledgeable about store products, services, and promotions to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  6. Proactively address and resolve customer complaints or issues, escalating to management when necessary.
  7. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient customer flow throughout the store.
  8. Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols, to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for customers and employees.
  9. Continuously strive to meet and exceed store sales goals and customer satisfaction metrics.
  10. Attend training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge.
  11. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the Walgreens brand and values.
  12. Communicate effectively with customers and team members, both verbally and in writing, to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
  13. Stay updated on industry trends and customer needs to make recommendations for improving customer service.
  14. Adhere to all company and legal regulations, including privacy and confidentiality policies, to protect customer information.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by store management to ensure smooth store operations and exceptional customer service.
