  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all Walgreens customers.
  2. Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
  3. Maintain a positive and welcoming attitude towards all customers.
  4. Act as a brand ambassador for Walgreens, promoting our products and services.
  5. Continuously learn and stay up-to-date on product knowledge and store policies to better assist customers.
  6. Resolve customer complaints and escalate to management when necessary.
  7. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  8. Uphold store standards and ensure a clean and organized work environment.
  9. Collaborate with team members and work together to achieve store goals.
  10. Handle cash and credit transactions with accuracy and follow proper cash handling procedures.
  11. Maintain confidentiality of customer information and sensitive company data.
  12. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  13. Continuously strive to improve and provide feedback to management on ways to enhance the customer experience.
  14. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay informed on company updates and changes.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

  • Knowledge Of Walgreens Products And Services: Candidates Should Have A Good Understanding Of The Products And Services Offered At Walgreens In Order To Provide Accurate And Helpful Information To Customers.
