  1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store with a positive and friendly attitude.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Assist customers with locating and selecting products, as well as processing transactions at the cash register.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.
  5. Actively listen to customers and understand their needs in order to make appropriate product recommendations.
  6. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient store operations and customer satisfaction.
  7. Continuously learn about new products and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
  8. Follow company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols, to protect the well-being of customers and employees.
  9. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  10. Handle customer concerns and escalate to management when necessary.
  11. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, representing the company and brand in a positive manner.
  12. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on company policies, products, and procedures.
  13. Strive to meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting products and services to customers.
  14. Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the store and customers.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall success of the store.
