  11. Proactively identify areas for improvement in customer service and provide suggestions to management.
  12. Attend training sessions to enhance customer service skills and knowledge of company policies.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times and represent the company in a positive light.
  14. Perform additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by the store manager as needed.
  15. Adhere to all legal and ethical standards to maintain customer trust and loyalty.
