Job Description

We at Walgreens are looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Service Associate who is ready to tackle customer service inquiries and issues head on. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, is able to work in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service. In this role, you'll be the face of our company and provide customers with helpful and knowledgeable answers to their questions and inquiries. If you have an upbeat and friendly attitude, are detail-oriented, and have a passion for helping people, we'd love to consider you for this role!Required Qualifications:-High School Diploma or equivalent-At least 1 year of customer service experience-Excellent written and verbal communication skills-Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills-Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously-Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide customers with courteous and friendly customer service.
  2. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Resolve customer issues and inquiries promptly and accurately.
  4. Utilize problem solving skills to resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
  5. Maintain customer records in an organized and secure manner.
  6. Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  7. Assist customers with product selection and troubleshooting.
  8. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their experience.
  9. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  10. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.
