As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, assisting customers with inquiries and transactions, and ensuring a positive customer experience. To be successful in this role, you should have a friendly personality, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should also have a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least one year of customer service experience.
