
Coordinator, HR Operations Shared Services

- Provide support to the HR Shared Services team in delivering efficient and timely HR services to employees.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of HR processes and systems to effectively assist with employee inquiries and requests.
- Serve as the main point of contact for employees seeking HR assistance, providing exceptional customer service and promptly resolving issues.
- Collaborate with other HR departments to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to employees.
- Continuously review and improve processes and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and data in HR systems.
- Assist with the onboarding and offboarding process for employees, including conducting exit interviews.
- Support the coordination of employee training and development programs.
- Stay current on HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to identify areas for improvement and provide suggestions for enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Attend trainings and meetings to stay updated on HR processes and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the HR Shared Services team, including managing schedules, organizing files, and preparing reports.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Hr Operations Or Shared Services Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Processes, Policies, And Procedures.
Demonstrated Experience Managing And Leading A Team.
Excellent Communication, Problem-Solving, And Organizational Skills.
