Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst Pharmacy & Retail Ops to join our team at Walgreens. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of pharmacy and retail operations and use that knowledge to analyze and improve our business processes. This person must have excellent problem-solving skills, an ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of experience in a business analyst role, preferably within the pharmacy or retail industry. They should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and additional certifications such as Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or Certified Retail Pharmacy Technician (CRPT) are preferred. They should also have a strong understanding of business and financial principles and a proven ability to create and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Additionally, the ability to work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement successful strategies is a must.
