  1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Demonstrate a strong understanding of beauty and wellness products, including their ingredients, benefits, and proper usage.
  3. Utilize knowledge and expertise to make personalized recommendations to customers based on their individual needs and preferences.
  4. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new product launches to provide the most current and relevant information to customers.
  5. Educate customers on proper skincare, makeup, and wellness techniques and routines.
  6. Assist customers with product selection and provide guidance on how to use the products effectively.
  7. Actively listen to customers' concerns and address them promptly and effectively.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including shelves, displays, and product inventory.
  9. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and meet customer satisfaction targets.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales techniques and provide feedback to management for process improvements.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and loss prevention measures.
  12. Provide support to other departments as needed, such as stocking shelves and assisting with inventory management.
  13. Attend training sessions and stay updated on new products and promotional events.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the company in a positive light.
  15. Handle customer complaints and inquiries with patience, empathy, and a desire to find a resolution.
