  1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and welcoming customers to the store.
  2. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of beauty and wellness products and services offered at Walgreens.
  3. Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations to help them achieve their beauty and wellness goals.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and services to effectively assist customers and make relevant recommendations.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the store.
  6. Educate customers on the benefits and proper use of products, including potential side effects and interactions with other medications.
  7. Utilize sales techniques to promote and upsell products and services, driving store revenue.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including displays and shelves, to enhance the customer shopping experience.
  9. Collaborate with team members to ensure the store is adequately stocked and assist with inventory management.
  10. Actively participate in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
