  1. Greet and welcome customers to Walgreens with a friendly and professional attitude.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by listening to and addressing customer needs and concerns.
  3. Assist customers in achieving their beauty and wellness goals by understanding their individual needs and recommending appropriate products and services.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty and wellness trends, products, and services offered at Walgreens.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing personalized and attentive service.
  6. Educate customers on the benefits and proper use of beauty and wellness products.
  7. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and efficient manner.
  8. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
  9. Maintain product knowledge and attend training sessions to continuously improve expertise.
  10. Follow all store policies and procedures to ensure a safe and clean environment for customers.
  11. Assist in merchandising and stocking of beauty and wellness products.
  12. Keep track of inventory levels and assist in ordering products as needed.
  13. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador for Walgreens, promoting our commitment to providing top-quality beauty and wellness products and services.
  15. Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations and contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Beauty And Wellness Consultant, It Is Important To Have Exceptional Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Engage With Customers And Provide Personalized Recommendations. This Includes Actively Listening To Customer Concerns And Providing Clear And Concise Explanations Of Products And Services.

  • Customer Service Orientation: Walgreens Places A High Value On Providing Excellent Customer Service. A Beauty And Wellness Consultant Should Have A Customer-Centric Attitude And Be Able To Go Above And Beyond To Meet The Needs And Expectations Of Customers.

  • Sales And Product Knowledge: In Addition To Providing Consultations, Beauty And Wellness Consultants Are Also Responsible For Driving Sales And Promoting Products. Therefore, A Strong Understanding Of The Walgreens Product Line And The Ability To Upsell And Cross-Sell Products Is Essential.
