  1. Welcome customers to Walgreens in a warm and friendly manner, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and recommending appropriate products and services.
  3. Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty and wellness trends, products, and services, and share this knowledge with customers.
  4. Utilize product knowledge to confidently answer customer questions and provide accurate information.
  5. Assist customers in finding the best products and services to meet their specific beauty and wellness needs.
  6. Provide personalized beauty and wellness consultations, including makeup application, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including display and stock areas.
  8. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit, and gift card payments.
  9. Promote and sell Walgreens' beauty and wellness products and services, including special promotions and loyalty programs.
  10. Continuously meet and exceed sales goals and targets set by management.
  11. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  13. Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  14. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
  15. Represent Walgreens in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Beauty And Wellness Products: A Successful Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Various Beauty And Wellness Products, Their Uses, And Benefits. This Includes Skincare, Haircare, Makeup, And Nutrition Supplements.

  • Strong Customer Service Skills: As A Beauty And Wellness Consultant, You Will Be Interacting With Customers On A Daily Basis. Therefore, Excellent Communication Skills, A Friendly Attitude, And The Ability To Provide Exceptional Customer Service Are Essential For This Role.

  • Experience In Sales And Marketing: The Role Of A Beauty And Wellness Consultant Involves Promoting And Selling Products To Customers. Candidates With Previous Experience In Sales And Marketing, Especially In The Beauty Industry, Will Have An Advantage.

  • Certification In Beauty And Wellness: While Not Always A Requirement, Having A Certification Or Training In Beauty And Wellness Can Demonstrate Your Expertise And Knowledge In The Field. This Can Include Certifications In Skincare, Makeup, Nutrition, Or Wellness Coaching.

  • Flexibility And Adaptability: The Beauty And Wellness Industry Is Constantly Evolving, With New Products And Trends Emerging Regularly. A Successful Beauty And Wellness Consultant At Walgreens Should Be Able To Adapt To These Changes And Be Open To Learning And Trying New Products. Flexibility In Scheduling Is Also Important As The Job May Require Working Weekends And Holidays.
