  1. Greet and welcome customers to Walgreens with a friendly and positive attitude.
  2. Use extensive knowledge of beauty and wellness products to provide personalized recommendations to customers.
  3. Stay up-to-date on current beauty and wellness trends and products to ensure accurate and relevant recommendations.
  4. Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills by actively listening to customer needs and responding with helpful and informative responses.
  5. Assist customers in locating products and answering any questions they may have.
  6. Provide product demonstrations and samples to customers to showcase the benefits and features of various products.
  7. Educate customers on the proper use and application of products to ensure maximum effectiveness.
  8. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized work area to create a positive shopping experience for customers.
  10. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide a seamless customer experience.
  11. Continuously seek out opportunities to improve knowledge and skills in the beauty and wellness industry.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and hygiene practices.
  13. Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and promote customer loyalty.
  14. Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  15. Participate in store events and promotions to drive sales and increase brand awareness.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Beauty And Wellness Products: A Beauty And Wellness Consultant At Walgreens Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Various Beauty And Wellness Products Available At The Store. This Includes Knowledge Of Ingredients, Benefits, And Usage Of Different Products.

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: As A Consultant, One Of The Primary Responsibilities Is To Advise And Assist Customers In Finding The Right Products For Their Needs. Therefore, Strong Interpersonal Skills And The Ability To Provide Exceptional Customer Service Are Essential For This Role.

  • Experience In The Beauty And Wellness Industry: Previous Experience In The Beauty And Wellness Industry, Either Through Education Or Work Experience, Is Highly Valued For This Position. This Experience Can Provide A Deeper Understanding Of The Industry And Its Trends, Which Can Be Beneficial When Providing Recommendations To Customers.

  • Sales And Marketing Skills: A Beauty And Wellness Consultant Should Have A Good Understanding Of Sales And Marketing Techniques To Promote Products And Drive Sales. This Includes The Ability To Upsell And Cross-Sell Products And Effectively Communicate Product Information To Customers.

  • Flexible Schedule And Availability: Walgreens Stores Are Typically Open For Extended Hours, Including Weekends And Holidays. Therefore, A Beauty And Wellness Consultant Should Have A Flexible Schedule And Be Available To Work During Peak Hours To Meet Customer Demands.
