  1. Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming customers to Walgreens and assisting them with their beauty and wellness needs.
  2. Develop a strong understanding of Walgreens' beauty and wellness products and be able to provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers.
  3. Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty and wellness trends and be able to educate customers on new products and techniques.
  4. Build relationships with customers and provide personalized guidance and support to help them achieve their beauty and wellness goals.
  5. Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and offer solutions to enhance their shopping experience.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized beauty and wellness department, ensuring products are well-stocked and visually appealing.
  7. Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and ensure excellent customer service is consistently provided.
  8. Act as a brand ambassador for Walgreens, promoting the company's values and commitment to beauty and wellness.
  9. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  10. Continuously strive to improve knowledge and skills related to beauty and wellness, attending training sessions and staying informed on industry developments.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Beauty And Wellness Products: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Different Beauty And Wellness Products, Including Their Ingredients, Benefits, And Usage. This Knowledge Will Be Essential In Providing Expert Advice And Recommendations To Customers.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills: As A Beauty And Wellness Consultant, You Will Be Interacting With Customers On A Daily Basis. Therefore, Strong Communication And Customer Service Skills Are A Must. You Should Be Able To Listen To Customers' Needs And Concerns And Provide Effective Solutions.

  • Experience In The Beauty Industry: Previous Experience In The Beauty Industry, Whether Through Education Or Work Experience, Is Highly Desirable For This Role. This Experience Will Demonstrate Your Understanding Of The Industry And Your Ability To Work With Different Types Of Beauty And Wellness Products.

  • Sales And Marketing Skills: In Addition To Providing Customer Service, A Beauty And Wellness Consultant At Walgreens Is Also Responsible For Promoting And Selling Products. Therefore, Having Sales And Marketing Skills, Such As Upselling And Cross-Selling, Will Be Valuable In This Role.

  • Flexibility And Adaptability: The Beauty And Wellness Industry Is Constantly Evolving, With New Products And Trends Emerging Regularly. The Ideal Candidate Should Be Flexible And Adaptable, Able To Keep Up With These Changes And Adjust Their Recommendations Accordingly. Additionally, The Ability To Work Flexible Hours, Including Evenings And Weekends, Is Often Required For This Role.
