As a Beauty and Wellness Consultant, you will have the opportunity to help customers achieve their health and beauty goals through personalized consultations and recommendations. We are looking for someone who is friendly, outgoing, and has a strong understanding of the latest beauty and wellness trends.   1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner as they enter the store.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and concerns.
  3. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of beauty and wellness products and services offered at Walgreens.
  4. Conduct personalized consultations with customers to understand their health and beauty goals.
  5. Recommend products and services based on customers' individual needs and preferences.
  6. Stay updated on the latest beauty and wellness trends and educate customers on new products and services.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized beauty and wellness department to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
  8. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  9. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and meet customer satisfaction targets.
  10. Continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills through training and development opportunities.
  11. Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and positive work environment.
  12. Actively promote and participate in various store events and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
